CMM Women’s Coaching Services
Our services
1:1 Gospel Coaching
You’ll meet with your Gospel Coach at least once a month to set goals, challenge your current mindset, and gain clarity and confidence in who you are in Christ. Coaching relationships are a minimum of six months long.
Coaching Skills Training
During your time at skills training, you will meet other ministry leaders, acquire the skills needed to lead your ministry team effectively, and gain valuable tools for applying the gospel in your own life and with the leaders you are supporting in ministry.
Women’s Small Groups
For eight months, you’ll meet once a month with a small group of four to six women. Together, we will look at our unique ministry challenges through a Gospel perspective and make time for one to two peer coaching segments.
