Frequently Asked Questions
How is coaching different from counseling?
Counseling focuses on diagnosing and addressing relational and personal struggles, providing tools to restore clients to emotional and mental well-being.
In contrast, Gospel Coaching is designed for those who are already emotionally healthy, helping them grow in their calling through a Gospel-centered perspective.
Women pursue coaching for a variety of reasons, including:
Gaining strategic guidance when launching new ministries
Finding a confidential and supportive space to process and heal from relational challenges
Exploring their calling and purpose in a new season of life
3. How much does coaching cost?
Our team of coaches is dedicated to supporting women who are genuinely seeking growth and guidance in their lives. We understand that finances can often be a barrier to receiving the support you need. That’s why we are committed to working with you to create an affordable coaching plan that fits your situation.
2. How do coaching sessions work?
We meet twice a month for two to three hours per month. Each session is guided by the leader’s current challenges in life's relational, personal, missional, and spiritual areas.
Coaching is goal-oriented. Together, we identify the areas where you want to grow and create practical action steps to help you achieve your unique calling.
Every session is infused with prayer, encouragement, and support in a confidential space where women can openly process their challenges.
Our team signs 6 to 12-month contracts depending on the client's needs. Contracts are renewable.
My coaching/trihort experience gave me a gospel grid to view life’s obstacles through & a grid from which I learned to ask good & better questions. It also taught me to listen well, move conversations towards a practical objective, and help others seek gospel-focused strategies for life’s problems. Not only did I gain insight into how to deepen my relationships with others, but I also came away better equipped to coach MYSELF through a gospel lens. I highly recommend gospel coaching for anyone who longs to see Jesus and experience more deeply the gospel identity and agency He gives His children in all of life.
